Abstract: The existing state of organic matter in carbonate rocks not only has dissemination state, but also has inclusion state. The acid liquid soluble organic matter I is also divided while extracting the inclusion organic matter. The analysis of the quantity, IR spectrocopy, GC and GC-MS among the bitumen A, Bitumen C and acid liquid soluble organic matter show that their characteristics are not the same. The results play an important role for evaluating the hydrocarbon producion potential and discussing the hydrocarbon generating mechanism and process of carbonate rocks
