Abstract: In North Xingjiang, the Devonian-Carboniferous marine volcanic and sedimentary Formations are the main source rocks of solid mineral deposits. In this paper, lots of data such as satellite gravity anomaly, strata gravity and magnetic force features of different aged strata as well as spectral reflectance are used to further demonstrate this viewpoint. Meanwhile, the spectral reflectance features of gold bearing geological bodies such as igneous rock, silicalite, carbonatite, clay minerals and "iron hat" can be used as the theoretical base for directly detecting gold mine with remote sensing technology.
